Affordable Housing | 50059 & TRACS
VisualHOMES Affordable Housing module gives you powerful functionality to automatically process and generate HUD Form 50059, and support Section 8 New Construction, Tax Credit, and Section 212. It will automatically create and save all Monthly Activities Transmission (MAT) records, terminate residents from the 50059 program and create the Monthly Voucher. And, all actions can be sent electronically to TRACS, easing your HUD compliance efforts.
