Inventory Control

VisualHOMES Inventory Control module gives you the power of a complete inventory management system that supports an unlimited number of warehouses, trucks, and employees. Integrated with Work Orders and Purchase Orders, Inventory Control is automatically updated whenever you use a part in Work Orders or receive a part from Purchase Orders.

  • Multiple unit-of-measurement codes can be created
  • Ability to automatically convert ordered unit-of-measurement to used unit-of-measurement, such as converting one case of light bulbs ordered to 24 light bulbs received
  • Multiple vendors can be tracked for each Inventory item, and each vendor’s price will be converted into common units-of-measurement for easy comparison using the Best Price Listing
  • Inventory items can be classified as active or inactive
  • Physical Inventory count allows Inventory to be “frozen” by selected groups or as a whole
  • Ability to mass copy Inventory
  • Integrated with Work Order to allow real-time pulling of Inventory items and direct linking of pulled items to Work Orders
