Utility Billing

VisualHOMES Utility Billing module gives you full control of your Agency’s utility usage and financial data, offering you the power to capture meter readings and bill excess utility charges to tenants. It enables establishment of Agency-wide criteria for utility allowances and supports billing data from an unlimited number of utilities, including electric, water, gas, oil and sewer. It even allows for mobile utility tracking and meter reading via wireless handheld devices.
